This notice explains how Madnezz of Amy uses personal information when you send a booking request or use this website.

Booking requests

When you send a booking request, we use the details you provide to assess the event, check availability and reply to you. This is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible booking agreement.

We collect your name, contact details and the event information entered in the booking form. Security services (including Cloudflare Turnstile) may briefly process technical request information to prevent spam. We do not store your raw IP address in the booking database.

The artist and authorised booking administrator can view requests. Cloudflare provides website, security and database services, and Resend delivers booking emails. We do not sell booking details or use them for marketing without a separate choice.

Open requests are kept while the booking is being discussed. Closed or unsuccessful requests are normally deleted within 24 months, unless records are needed for an agreed booking, legal obligations or a dispute.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the website (for example which pages are viewed). The analytics script loads by default and may set cookies used by Google Analytics. IP anonymisation is enabled.

Cloudflare may also provide privacy-friendly Web Analytics on this site. That beacon is designed not to use cookies for visitor tracking.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your booking information by emailing madnezzofamy@gmail.com. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
